We ask guests to arrive between 6:45pm and 7:15pm. Come closer to 6:45 for a leisurely aperitif, or closer to 7:15 if you'd rather go straight to the meal.
Canapés are served from around 7:15pm until 7:45pm, then the six course tasting menu begins.
The seasonal tasting menu is served to everyone at the same time. It is six courses after the Canapés (including a small first dessert course).

The Chef's table seats twelve people. Although everyone is dining together, you will find that there is ample space between diners/parties so that you don't have to interact with those around you unless you want to!
The dinner generally ends around 11:00pm (perhaps a little earlier midweek), but guests are welcome to stay to enjoy a Digestif if they like. If you do have a time commitment at the end of the meal you can let us know and we will accommodate you.
